Apartment MH

Apartment MH condenses a 100-square-metre Bratislava apartment into two connected acts. In the living area, a mirrored bronze panel frames the television like a piece of art rather than hiding it, set against fluted oak panelling with a glass-walled dressing room glowing just behind it. A cluster of mercury-glass pendant tubes cascades by the window at staggered heights, paired with a curved tan leather armchair that softens the room’s metallic edges. The bedroom carries the same material language into a quieter register: a low, quilted bed sits against a curved bouclé headboard, with an asymmetric backlit bronze shelf hung above it like a piece of wall sculpture. A tall glass-and-bronze bookcase glows from within on the far wall, and rounded nightstands keep the room’s few hard edges soft.
